Stock Civic EX and Si wheel horsepower.

I was just glancing over an article in some Turbo magazine that was about a K20A2 swap into an EK civic. They said the stock whp of the EK civic was 128 before the swap and 190 something after the swap. In Sport Compart Car, they said our car dynoed at 138 whp stock.

Is this true, there is only a 10 hp difference between the Si and Ex?

128 would be crank hp....at the wheels its more like 108. we get 138 to the wheels....160 crank. hope that answers ur question

the 190 was at the crank as well

i traded for one and all ive ever seen of them is about 100hp and they dont respond well to mods there was a guy with i/h/e on his and oniy got 111hp
