I haven't posted for awhile, but I tonight I post as a changed man(or young man as the case may be) Today i passed the 1000 mile erm... milestone going at a steady pace of 75 MPH. In almost exactly one month, I put 1010 miles on my Blue EP. I bought the car new with 20 miles on it and in 29 days of mostly aimless driving for the sake of driving my EP and making people gawk, I passed my first thousand. To celebrate, since I was in a most jovial demeanor (read: good mood) I decided to go joyriding on my favorite route. I also worked a bit on my Swedish flick in an empty parking lot at the expense of a little rubber:D of my tiny tires. I told myself to wait a thousand miles before I would think of modifying my car and now I've got some planning to do and money to counterf... earn. I'm open to suggestions, but avoid ricey suggestions. I want a sporty car, not a rice burner.

expanding on TrippZ suggestions,

LED window washers, why a universal muffler when you can have a LED tip, and just splurge at your local PepBoys.

Hey Alblue, how much did you pay for your '03 Si? I'm plan on getting my in 2/3 months. Any tips on buying one? I don't want to play the pricing game w/ the sale's rep. Thanks.:p

I paid about 16,700 for mine b/c the dealer ran a misprinted ad for 14,995 and quoted us six times, we drove for an hour to the dealer, they changed the price on us, we threatened to sue them for false advertising (friend of the family=lawyer=sweet) so they dropped the price. If you can't find a misprinted ad for Community Honda in Orland Park, then checj with Honda of Lisle, they gots a black 02 for 16200, but you can easily lower the price to 14,995. Just bring in an ad from another Honda dealer and they'll match it. Good luck :D

Thanks Albluecar, the dealer near here quoted me 17362 for a '03 Si today. They also have a used '02 black Si sitting in their used lot for 17888.00. I'll go talk to them after I get my tax square away. I don't want to get the car before I do my tax just incase I might have to pay. :p

Yea, lawyer works like a charm. If you can't bring up a false advertising suit, then pretend to break your leg and sue for liability!!!:D
