hmm i've since heard from tein it only fits the coupe and sedan

"At this time, there are no plans on making a Super Street Damper for the Civic Si (EP3). We currently only have the FLEX Damper available for the EP3 and the Super Street Damper for the sedan and coupe."

The Tein SS Coilovers do fit by overboring the strut bolt holes by 2mm. See this thread for details:

I've got them on my car and they work just fine. It's a less expensive alternative to the Type Flex coilovers. The SS allows you to set ride height and spring preload will be determines by height. With the Type Flex, you can set height and preload independantly. You can also upgrade to the EDFC in-car contol module with the Type Flex that you cannot with the SS.
