anyone having electrical problems?

just got a 02 si went out last night, dead, jumped it drove home, got up this morning dead. well I out and put a volt meter on the battery and it's showing 13.5 volts, so the battery has good voltage not sure if it could be somekind of igniton module, or maybe the battery has good volts but bad amperage, not sure, it's goin back to honda when the snow goes away, just wondering if anyone had any similiar problem? until then no ep for the snow.
