But basically, SiR has heated mirrors and daytime running lights.

the biggest difference is the R in the Si emblems. it makes it sportier, since its an R model.;)

So let me get this straight. You US guys don't have heated mirrors? That sucks because it's a really good feature. Melts all that snow and ice right off.

I heard the R was worth 20 hp - much more than the iVTEC stickers they are only 10 hp...

Si in canada is equivalent of our EX, and SI-R is our Si.
I am surprized that Canadians don't get heated seats in their SI-R's.

Heated seats would be soooooooo nice!

Another difference in SiRs is that we get a "low washer fluid" light.

This is very handy!


Also, we can't get the side airbags, not even as an option.

And oh yeah... The gauges are in metric!;)

This means I am not fibbing when I tell people I've had it up to "200" (km/h, about 120mph)

what i think is that SI, SIR, TYPE R there models from SI for the lowest then SIR then TYPE R for top of the line. :D
