Cylinder Head Assembly(1) (http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/acura/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=RSX&catcgry2=2002&catcgry3=3DR+RSX+TYPE-S&catcgry4=KA6MT&catcgry5=CYLINDER+HEAD+%281%29)

Cylinder Head Assembly(2) (http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/acura/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=RSX&catcgry2=2002&catcgry3=3DR+RSX+TYPE-S&catcgry4=KA6MT&catcgry5=CYLINDER+HEAD+%282%29)

I totalled it all out to be $1836.04; that's including every little nut and bolt listed in those links. I'm not exactly sure what else would be needed for a head swap, but $2000 for just the head seems a little steep when you can pick up the A2 motor for about $3500, or $2800 in Modern-perf's case;)

I think you are missing this (http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/acura/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=RSX&catcgry2=2002&catcgry3=3DR+RSX+TYPE-S&catcgry4=KA6MT&catcgry5=CAMSHAFT-CAM+CHAIN+%28TYPE-S%29)

The actual camshafts etc. Some parts from here would be needed others not, but the camshafts alone are $500 plus

If you're spending, get the ITR cams

Damn that's steep! If I'm going to spend that kind of $, I am definitely going for the k20a2/Tranny swap. Add the Hondata ECU and a CAI, and you have some pretty nice N/A power there without the headache of tearing apart anything.

Just my .02 cents.

thats way expensive. the swap with tranny much better value and less headaches if one was going to take that route:)
