Has anyone seen or done a stealth box for the EP? I see Paxie has something going on inside the trunk on the sidein the lines of what I would like done. I want a 1, 10" sub to go in that corner so I can have as much trunk space as possible. I got a quote for one custom made out of fiberglass for $500.00 CAD for box only I supply sub and amp. I think it should be cheaper.

Any ideas or anyone interested in making a box and selling

let me me know! Or maybe I can work out a deal with this guy once he makes the form he can reproduce easily and bring the costs down ( TORONTO, ONT. Canada)

I'm totally with you on this one.

I wanna replace the rear speakers and put in a sub that won't take up my whole trunk.

I also wanna keep the stock deck.

Am I living in a world of make-believe or can this be done?

I'm getting ready to fiberglass a 12" (most likely a 12w3 JL Audio) into the spare tire well. It's very time consuming, and $500 is a pretty low price. They must not know what they are getting into. I fiberglassed a pair of 12" Soundstream SPL12's into an 1989 MR2 and charged $300 per side, and it took about 13 hours of direct labor, that doesn't include drying times.

Why does it cost so much for these stealth boxes?
