It's a complete rear section/axle-back piping with stainless steel muffler/tip made specifically for the ep, $129 + $25 S&H...
It's too big (and probably loud) for my taste, but if thats not a concern, looks like a good deal...
I'm sure it would compliment one of those $28 ebay intakes very well... ;)
