New here and have some questions.

Hey everyone, I just got my 02 SI hatch two days ago and I'm loving it. Traded in my 01 ex coupe for it. I have a few questions that i tried searching and didn't come up with much and I wanted to ask.

1. What does the SIs redline at? I thought I read some where that said 6800, is that true?

2. Is there any difference between the 02 and 03 SIs? Every site I've been to has shown parts for 03 and up SI. And I'm sure theres no difference, but I just wanted to check.

And 3. Has anyone swapped any parts yet? I've seen that a couple of you guys have swapped out for a K20A2, but has anyone swapped K20 series parts? Like put a Type R head or intake manifold on your K20A3?

read around in the Engine forrum, Myeverlovinsir is working on fitting an A2 head on our block. our fuel cut is at 6800 but the tach shows 7100. Every dyno sheet shows that our fuel cutoff is at 6800. And no diff between 02 and 03 besides the blue instead of the urine yellow

I think that the 03's have green tinted glass for the hatch and a better looking key in addition to the color change.

Mine is an 02 and it has green tinted glass as well...

Ditto about the green glass in the 02...

Also, I've heard about the new, better looking key that is supposed to be "wave-cut," whatever that means, and is harder to copy, or something... but I've never actually seen the sucker. I'm very curious as to what it looks like. Could someone with an 03 please post a pic?
