what are the pros and cons of having a aftermarket header installed? and what is the best brand to get?

Pros: More power

Cons: None

Best Brand: Search the forum and make your own decesion.

but would i have to replace the o2 sensor more often cause more air is going through?

Pros: Added power... mainly in the mid - high rpm range
Louder?

Cons: A bit worse fuel economy (debatable)
Louder?

Best? Uh... hard to say. I would pick Borla but only 1 person has it, and it's a prototype.
