first of all my dad says....

1. ALL speakers are relatively the same as stock speakers....I just looked at him...
2. He says if i let someone install my stuff....it will rattle no matter what. Like the door panels will rattle and everything will be terrible...or whatever.

this true?

1. The rear speakers take about 15 minutes to install, all you have to do is carefully pop off the panel. Do this and take the speaker out and compare for yourself. Just looking at the speakers will be enough, but if you want you can hook them up to a bookshelf system for a short while and see if you can hear a difference.
2. Well if you do a crappy install yes, drop a screwdriver in the door and there will be rattle:p , but as long as you take your time you should be fine. Although there is a theory that when you pop the panels off the plastic clips become weak and thus will break easier causing a rattle.

Depending on what brand of speakers you purchase there can be a big difference in sound quality compared to the stock speakers.
