How do I post pics?

I know how to post them on every other message board but this one. Apparently the doesn't work. How do I post them in the thread?

At the top of the "OFF TOPIC" sub-forum, you will see a sticky thread that answers your question.

You must make sure that your pics are hosted somewhere online.
