OKay So, i wanted a flip key. i was going to do a rebuilt honda/acura key. i am still going to do that. but i figured for the price, why not try the all in one and done one that i can just buy and get key cut boom, programmed, bring it home and program the transmitter myself. Flip Key please...
Well the sunroof has been left open a few times, drinks have been spilled, windows left down, a leaking rear wiper hose and bad rear strut "O"rings has caused the carpet and padding to develop an odor and to have allowed some corrosion to form on the floor sheet metal. Not too mention all the salt...
One thing I don't know why they did it, but Strutking pedals hardwear isn't stainless. My hardwear is starting to rust a bit, so I'm curious about what to do for the hardwear. I was thinking of maybe doing what the Mugen pedals do, and throw some rivets in. Or maybe go track down some tiny...

Ok...it's obvious I've been doing a lot of interior work on my car & now its time for my door panels. Where there should be fabric, there's fiberglass layover which is done horribly. reupholstering is IMPOSSIBlE because I cannot stuff the fabric between the armrest and the fiberglass layover....
Wanted the JDM style red stitched boot. Did not want to pay $$, so I made one for $5. Mind you all I never had any stitching or sewing experience at all, just watched a lot of youtube videos :gheywa: http://members.cox.net/ewinterstine/IMAGE_026.jpg ...
Hey all, I just bought the "Stock Interiors" JDM replica red carpet. It's immaculate! The quality is very high end. I'm really pleased. I plan on taking some pictures and making a DIY for this install. Looks like it's gonna be real easy to do. I compared the color to my friend's DC5 ITR...
The armrests on my doors appear discolored from over the years. And the one armrest has some slight overspray (very light) when I was fiberglassing my doors:oops:. Overspray is a little bit of red paint btw. Is there any product recomendations to make them like new again? Thx in advance.
My door inserts, the red bought from vlektr, I did 2 weeks ago are not bonding permanently. They're kinda unsticking where I sprayed the glue and I have to use my hands to smooth them out to get them to stick until the next time they do that again. I used cheap "Duro All purpose spray adhesive"...
Im looking to get the civic si floormats from handaaccessories.com, but im not sure what the part number is for the plastic anchors that hold the floor mats in place are? If anybody is selling some, or knows where i could find a pair too, that would be great. And my local honda dealer said they...
Hey guys, is there any products to dye the fabric of the roof panel? Over the years the roof panel fabric has been stained in a few spots and a bit of general dirtyness, LOL, so I figured it was time to change the color and hide the stains as well.
My interior fans took a dump on me, the heater still has heat coming through and same with the a/c theres just no fans to blow it in to the cabin. Oddly though I was driving last night with the fan knob on max just to see if they'd work and they did! Then about 5 seconds later they turned off, any...
trying to trade seats he wants my ep3 seats i want his sparco would it fit? if so what do i have to do
How many people have aftermarket steering wheels with quick release hubs? I was thinking about getting one but I wanted to ask people who have them if they're worth it. And is it a pain to install? I'm not that afraid of my ep getting stolen to the point where I'm going to go and get a new...
Did anyone of you had to modify the rails to make the DC5 seats fit into the Ep3 chasis? I had to drill one of the rails on mine and add a whole bunch of washers to bottom of the drilled rail to compensate for the height and used a longer bolt with washers to make it fit. Did anyone had to do the...
The right side of my instrument panel (from about 80 mph to the fuel gauge) and the climate control lights are all out. Any ideas? I checked the underhood fuses, but they seem to be good. Anyone experience this before? I'm doubt it's the bulbs since it's more than just one light. Any help would...
As I was fiddling with my tail light wiring on my ep cause my reverse light was not working, my gauges just went dead...everything on the gauge such as the needles and warning light just went out..not to mention my power steering went out also. Could it be something to do with the ground wire? Or...
When you use the CTR gauge cluster there is no control for the dash lighting and the center console will be dark. What is needed to be done to get the center console lights to work, is to cut the red wire in the GREEN cluster connector. Now that the wire is cut, install a spade connector on...
