Question about oil..Honda MTF 3

In our country you can not buy oil per liter,I found in the USA Honda MTF..Is this the Honda MTF 3 oil???Was introduced in 2006..part num is 08798-9031

it is supposed to help the 3rd/2nd gear issues on the 5/6 speed transmission. I use GM syncromesh, the stuff is amazing give it a try.

also those are quarts not liters

Is this the Honda MTF 3 oil?
