03 ep3 6speed swap help me!! Lol

I have an a2 id like to put in my ep3 i have a stage 2 5speed clutch and fly wheel that are new. Will the 5speed clutch and flywheel work with the swap? And do i need to do anything else besides notch the shifter? Any other mods? Will my speedo work still? Any tips would be a blessing this is my first honda, ive had it 1 year now, 145k. the main seal went so this is why i have it apart i just figured since i had to pull the trans i should start building her into hot rod.
