Things to look for when buying a used EP3?

Might go check out 2 ep3's today and I'm wondering if there is anything specific to look out for other then general inspection and driving.

This might be too late, but anyways...
I would make sure the transmission is smooth thru the gears, specially between 2nd-3rd.
The hatch door, check around the hinges. Ep3's tend to rust there.
If the steering wheel squeaks when turning, the steering rack might be need replacing.
Make sure the ball joints are in good shape, honda doesn't sell these by themselves ,only sells them installed in the knuckle.

Check also the belts, water pump and gearbox.
