Help Identifying Part

I need help identifying hose on my engine. The hose snapped off and now my car bounce revs from about 1k-3.5/4k. Sometimes when I put it in neutral it dies. I can start it right back up again but it just keeps bounce revving. Also sometimes when I'm driving the engine stops pulling at 3k. Other times it goes past 3k. Picture for reference.
