K24A2 with K20Z3 transmission - compatible clutch flywheel

Hi all,

A recent transmission meltdown (2nd gear exploded during a track session) is forcing me to swap transmissions on my 04 ep3 week-end track toy :mcry:

I was using a reinforced 5 speed K20A3 tranny with an LSD in it along with a Bully clutch Stage 4 clutch (for an 04 Ep3) along with an EP3 Flywheel. Clutch/Flywheel have less than 6 k miles on them.

I'm now tempted to go the route of a k20z3 tranny (with speed sensor converter, shifter arm swap, etc..) but there is one question that despite my research, I can't seem to answer 100%: Will the Ep3 clutch/flywheel work with this engine/tranny combo (05 K24A2 with 06+ K20z3 tranny).

I'd be happy to save money there as you can imagine.

I don't believe it bolts up with the k20z3. The dc5/ep3 clutch flywheels are swapable as long as you have the matching flywheel. All the part numbers on kseriesparts are different.
