original motor has gauled cams. i replaced it so i could build the motor that came in the car and not have the car be down. but now i want to just put new cams in it and sell it.

only thing ive replaced is a/c compressor which exploded, engine mounts because the drivers side and front mount were blown and my clutch went out at about 85k (all those things happened at 85k about)...
oh and i did valve adjustments every 10k or so, regular redline 5w30 oil changes every 3k since 65k, between 45k when i bought it honda certified to 65k i ran royal purple 5w30
ive preemptively done serp tensioners and serp belt, and plugs and VC gasket...and i have type s axles since i did a 5 lug swap...
nothing really went wrong until 85k...

-Replaced A/C Compressor once, new one went out again.
-Replaced both window regulators.
-Replaced driver-side door lock.
-Replaced idler pulley and bracket.
Now I need to replace the catalytic converter! I have no engine mods. :(

48000 on the a3 and blown up in the yard. Replaced secondary o2 and eld before it blew and was still havin some maf problems. Also the signature 3rd gear grind at high rpms. Hopin i have better luck with my cammed a1 when it goes in:(

Replaced clutch like 3 months after I bought it (too many ricer burnouts)

stock motor, stock everything -- service records and carfax indicate no major repairs were needed to be done, and all i had to do is change the oil and bulbs here and there (kickboxing wood right now :)
