Turbocharged ep3 with k24

Two questions, what engine oil should I use? I’m making about 390whp and might bring it up to 500+ soon. My bottle is built no cams yet and I’m on e85. Second question, so for my front bumper to fit I had to cut off my whole bumper grill off. Now my intercooler and intercooler piping is showing and very noticeable. Now to my questions, what can I use to cover or hide it? I live in California and I don’t want to get pulled over because my intercooler is noticeable from a mile away during the day lol
