Help me ID this part.

My EP3 is in the body shop after I got rear ended. The body shop kept my car for two weeks while they searched for a part, a broken clip was their description. They finally put the bumper on with the broken clip and gave the car back to me with the promise to call me when they get the clip and they would install it. I had the guy send me a picture of the clip and damn if I cannot find it in any of the parts suppliers breakouts. Here is the picture he sent me:

It doesn't match any of the four (two right & two left) clips listed on the parts breakout. If there is anybody out there that has had their rear bumper off and can confirm this is a bumper clip and maybe have the Honda P/N? I'm stumped.:mmph:

I think its #17 in the diagram above. If so, it should be: 71592-S6A-000 (CLIP ASSY., BUMPER SPACER)

It mates with parts #19 and #21.

That is correct, it is item 17 on the diagram. I didn't put it together, even after looking at that diagram several times. I did find a listing on ebay that had a picture to confirm the part ID:
