Engine Swap Costs

Well i think i've done all i can with an a3 block...13.99 is a way to go out...gonna retire her rather than break her...since she never broke @8600 rpm. Anywho, my question is overall you folks that paid someone to do the work...what were your ball park figures...i have a couple shops in mind and just wanted to see what the average you guys paid. That way it can help me decide what fair market prices are for my motor install...where my money goes the furthest and still have quality. Thanks in advance.

From a Canadian pov:
2300 for a 2007 K24a2 with verified 13000km
2500 for install, including varies missing parts (mounts, timing, intake etc)
400 Dyno tune

5200 CAD, or 4200 US.

Already owned race header, exhaust, RC injectors and KPro

240 HP/220TQ at 15% drivetrain parasitic loss adjustment
Well worth it!
