you dont need to remove the bumper. just the clips on top, then you can pull back the top far enough to get to the grill. thats what i did. i only removed the chrome h, not the black part

there are pics in the how to for black housing headlights. here gos open the hood. there will be 8 small black plastic clips. put a flat head screw driver in and twist it gently. 4 of these are for the top of the bumper 4 are for the grill, but its easy to remove all 8. once you do this, pull back gentle with the top of the bumper. the hardest part is getting it over the hood latch release. just pull straight forward, once the top of the bumper is past the hood release lever pull up on the back part that you are probably holding. now the top of the bumper should be above the hood lever. now just reach in and unscrew the h
