I've just recently started working on my '02 EP3 SI and I had a question about putting new manifolds on. Do I need to pull the motor to put a new intake manifold on?
No you don't need to. The easier way is to take the radiator out and do the ol coolant flush at the same time. It will make your life way easier to take the radiator and the radiator support out instead of smashing your arm in between the intake manifold and the radiator. And from under the car. You can Even lean it forward to give yourself way more room but i recommend just taking it out and Cleaning it all as well as cleaning out your A/C condenser with some air and a good hose.
