Would RDX 410cc injectors cause the engine to fail a SMOG test?

Would RDX 410 cc injectors cause the engine to run too rich and fail smog? Visually I'm pretty sure it would pass

If so, then would it be possible to scale them back with k-pro to perform similarly to stock?

I've been planning on putting everything back to stock, but for some reason I can't find my oem pigtails in all the piles of parts I have in my garage. I need to pass SMOG next week, and I don't know if i'd be able to track down some oem pigtails by then...

Does anyone have any answers, suggestions, or ideas? I'd really appreciate it.
