would snow cables fit

whats up guys i live in northern nevada and winter is approaching fast and ive run into a predicament. my ep is sitting on tein s tech springs (previous owner) and 215/45/17 (also previous owner). i need to be able to use cables because cali highway patrol requires it and i go down there quite a bit. now i have about a 1 finger gap as it sits right now. do you guys think cables would fit no issues? i am planning on picking up a set of snow tires but like i said there are areas that require chains/cables. ill try to post a pick of the car as it sits although im not sure it will be much helpAttachment 7072
