Main Wiring Harness Connector Removal

Hi all. I feel like a moron for needing to ask this but how in the hell does the main wire harness connector in the cabin come out? I'm talking about the one behind the ECU.

There don't seem to be any levers or release mechanisms, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't just come straight out. It cannot be moved down any more than it already is, and it can't be turned around, the wire routing is much too tight. The off-white plastic tab is just to hold the connector shell to the metal bracket, it isn't a release mechanism.

edit: I'm a moron, there's a miniscule tab at the bottom of the rear of the connector. It's impossible to see and hard to feel, but it's there.
