      hehehe.....
      since this bulb retails only in JDM(Japanese domestic market).....i guess it's JDM parts :)

      i wonder how could they pass the vehicle inspection with these bulbs ???

      No big deal... all it takes is to change out the bulb before your inspection, replace it with a normal one, and then put the funky one back in after the inspection. A 5 minute investment.
