The rear camber definetly needs to be corrected. I believe the RSX or 2001+ Civic kits should work. Call your vendor/local shop to be sure.
As far as the front goes, you will only need +1/-1 degrees of adjustability, if even that. I bought it because I wanted to correct the camber to 0 degrees. Others people on the board would recommend that you leave the negative camber for added cornering. I wanted maximum tire life since I commute 70 miles round-trip to work each day, so I went with the front kit.
