I'm not familiar with the S2k's headlight assembly and/or what kind of bulb it utilizes; It would help if you know this. If it in fact uses a H4 type then there's really no complications in just ripping out the S2k's bulbs, wires, ballasts and putting it on your car.

why not just a whole new set of H4 HIDs (there are tons on Ebay,) do you already have a set on hand waiting to be installed?

A little search revealed that the S2k uses a "projection" style headlights.

Looks alone imply that this will not be a straight-up conversion. The Si uses 1 dual filament bulb in its headlight whereas the S2K uses separate bulbs to handle its individual functions (1 for low beam, 1 for high beam.)

You will never look like the S2000's--even with the same HID lights--due to the nature of your "reflective" style assemblies. YOU CAN LOOK BETTER, but you will never be the same.

... its not gonna look the same

s2000 comes w/ projectors, and our cars have the regular stuff
so u may or may not have that purplish look at certain angles... one of my friends w/ an accord got hids and his are just plain white, no purple or blue tint

if i remember right, the two cars uses different bulbs too... if u use the stock s2 bulbs, it'll probably just fall off, or leak if water gets in, etc etc..... what u can do is get the ballast and all the wiring and buy h4 bulbs seperatly (usually 30 bucks a bulb if i remember right)

plus, if u get hids, u wont have ur high beams anymore

I can make it happen guys!! IT CAN BE DONE.
Yes the S2k projectors will fit our cars with modifications like I did in my old hatchback. Just wait for aftermarket projector housings made for our 2k2si's and then buy some used s2k headlamps like the ones pictured above.
You take the "HID" projector from the s2k headlamp and custom fit it in your aftermarket projector housings. OR.....you can custom fit them in our reflector housings which I also have done..but that takes more work.....but yes at the end it will be the same exact color and output as if it were from a s2k because you are using the same projector....now as far as high beam that will be taken care of IF you get aftermarket projector housings because they usually come with a seperate projector for low beam and a small reflector piece for high beam. If you want more specific info email me. My friend and I can do custom jobs. I did on my old hatch...I had BMW projectors custom fitted in my civic. The projectors came off a BMW 5 series with HID.

Now if you just want an H4 HID kit from a certain company like autolamps-online.com then you will not get the optics and color that you would from actual "HID" optic housings like that from an s2k. If you do plan on getting an HID kit for your stock housings then get from a reputable company like autolampsonline. Just email me for more info. I can go on about HID all day long. hehe
    :D
