    Question Dumb Sub question.

I have a Kicker comp 12 that has a tear in the rubber surround. Is there anyway to repair this damage or is the speaker done for? I thougt a rubber patch on the back side of the surround with contact or rubber cement. Kinda like a bicicle tire patch would work.

    Any Ideas?

I am broke and cant realy afford new speakers. Second question, So I have a total of 2 Kicker comp 12's. What size box and amp should I go for? Or should I put in the Kicker Comp 15? Size box? Amp?

I wish I would not have given my old system to my brother in law. Its just sitting in his closet and he wont even sell it back to me. :'(

I've heard of peopel using rubber cement because it says somewhat flexible, but it sticks.

or you may do a little handcrafting homework and buy this.

It is not the original part of your kicker, but it will be better with this new rubber than having it torn like that.

    Or, you can try www.partsexpress.com

They sell rubber surround replacememnt/repair kits that are very affordable and work great. They have a ton of small hard to find parts at great prices.

    Good luck!
