on my last car (1997 Civic EX) the vibration was very noticeable. It wouldn't be as bad once I was driving, but it's harsh on the car. I know a lot of people will deny it now, but the vibration has to go somewhere...people think it's going into the interior of the car, but they are forgetting it's going to the tranny also...very bad for the tranny, I would know. I wouldn't get it, but to each his own.
