Brake upgrade from stock?!?

After i purchased my 2003 si, I logically moved from the VW scene (I owned a gti) to the honda. I don't regret it, but with VW's there was a lot more talk about brakes and upgrades and i don't notice that too much here.

Could someone reccomend some upgrade brakes (rotors/ calipers/ pads)?
