    any electrical engineers here?

    we need a box that will adjust the sensitivity of the electric power steering. I think less assistance at times would be very nice.

    You want to control the Amps going to it you will need a Rheostat that is rated for the current draw of the steering unit. This will limit the current going to it just like a dial on a stereo tunner, more current increases the Frequency, thus changing the channel.
