Tein Suspension for Si?

Anyone know when this is coming out? Or what is included with the kit... is it a full coil over set-up (ie shocks, struts, springs etc...)
Where's the best place to get Tein products?

can someone tell me if this is right? coilovers lower your car but you can adjust them so that your car can sit higher or lower? and if it can how easy is it to adjust? thanks to anyone who can answer this.
