Neuspeed rear upper strut bar

Wondering if the Neuspeed bar will work with two amps mounted to the back of the seats? If anyone has this bar could you possibly take a measurement of the clearance between it and the back of the rear seat. Thanks in advance.

mine is within 1/8" or so... i can go measure if you want, but i don't think there is room for much of anything.

the top of the bar is at about 8" up from the carpet.
