help with the knocking sound!!

can someone please tell me how to fix that knocking sound coming from the front. someone installed the prokit for me and we need a way to fix it

try some wd40. my coilovers were making noise everytime i turned the wheel. i sprayed alot of wd on them about a month ago and they have stayed quiet. i don't know if this is the same sound you are talking about, but hey give whatever it is some wd40 anyway.

Sounds like the same problem I'm having...I will have a how to on spring installs with pics up after this weekend (I have to redo my front springs this weekend). Also, I used H&R Sport Springs so it might not apply to your springs but I think I know your problem and plan to address it...till then go see my how to here...we kind of cover it there. Good luck!
