Question about installing Neuspeed springs.

I just bought a set of neuspeed springs, and wanted to ask a few questions. I've tried searching and I didn't find what I was wanting ti know. Do you have to cut the bumpstops? I really don't want to if I don't have to. And I remember seeing a post with a pic showing what you needed to regrease before you reinstall the strut/spring, but I can not find it. Anyone know where it is?
