Wondering about the Type R kit for the Ep3. Will we have to do much modification to the kit for it to fit properly?

The re-bars are the actual metal bumpers under the covers.
So its not even "slightly" safe to drive without them. In a accident the worse thing it could do is kill you. The best would be voiding your insurance.
Order the CTR Re-bars if you plan on doing this.
