    Question Springs

Contemplating Spoon progressive springs or Spoon coilovers. The car is primarily used for daily driving. What are the advantages to coilover besides the ride height adjustability??? Only other modification is the 22mm CTR rear sway bar.

You should have better ride quality with a full coilover setup. If its just daily driving then look into the Tein Basic or Mugen suspension kit. The Mugen is pretty stiff so the Basic may be the better way to go.

    Spoon Suspension

I am willing to sacrifice as much ride quality as neccessary to achieve handling aslong as quality lost equals performance gained. I have read good things about Spoon and don't mind paying the money what are the others like? Also I have picked up a book on suspension and handling and not only is spring rate important but so is frequency, is there anyinformation on this for the major manufacturers?
