    3M swirl remover

    i am reading the directions and it says apply with a circular motion.....i've been reading a lot where people say don't apply wax and pre wax stuff in circular motions...which to do?

    You apply in circular motion. If it was bad for the car then they wouldnt make buffers that go in a circular motion. After you apply take it off going parallel or side to side with the car.

    I'd stick with the straight line method following the flow of the air. That way if you get some grit stuck in your applicator or one of your towels, you'll have lines instead of swirls.

    Try both, and see what works best for you. Then stick with that for the rest of your car.
