I've read that the motor mounts for the ep3 and the rsx are the same. Is there any benefit to getting full motor mounts as opposed to the just getting the motor mount bushing inserts?

yes they're the same. The only benefit i can remember from an after market mount thread is that vibration was no longer an issue (someone please correct me if wrong), price wise, the inserts are great, but if they didnt prevent the engine flex you're looking for im sure using them in combo with an engine damper would do the trick...it might even be less than a lower mount swap too.

Motor mounts dont allow the engine/tranny to sway back and forth as much. therefore reducing wheelhop when launching your car. It also increases throttle responce...its a nice mod.
