    take off the spark plug cover and then about 6 nuts. the gasket is rubber and should be fine to reuse. take your time. I can pm my cell # if it would help ease your mind.

    I didn't mask the honda. paint it with everything else and when it is dry sand it off with 800-1000grit sandpaper wrapped around a paint paddle. the paintpaddle will keep the sandpaper flat and it will only take paint off the flat surfaces of the letters.

    yes. there are 2 sizes that I know of. I use the one that is 1" wide and about 12" long. insert phallic references HERE.:D

    do the nuts for the valve cover have to be torqued?

    I don't torque the valve cover nuts. the valve cover gasket is similar to rubber rope and it will mash down and out when it is tightened. as long as it is a little more than snug, it should be fine. tighten the nuts til you feel it is tight. remember, they are only 10mm nuts, so they can't take much tension. hope this helps.

    yep that helps a lot! thanks. I have the intake manifold cover, silver i-vtec cover with the red writing, new in the box that everyone is talking about. Im selling it 50 shipped if anyone is interested.
