Help me out on picking a tire size

Looking into getting some 17x7.5 offset 45 rims. Wondering which tire profile would be a better fit? 205/45 or 215/45?

I currently am on Tein S Tech Springs.

For those who has 215s, do u have problem rubbing?

I have 215/45's, not rubbing problems at all, and I'm lower than s tech.

the 215s will be fine

I think 205's on a 7.5" rim look a little too "stretched out" The sidewalls kind of slant towards the tread of the tire.
