I-Werks tried this today, that bondo is a real bitch to work with. Thanks for the how-to and pics. On a side note I think I'm gonna get a CF dash kit to cover up tne flaws in my work.

Can you post some pics of your dash?

I don't think the CF dash kit will cover it since the kits usually go around the stock stereo.

i-WERKS... I am thinking about doing this once I get my HU installed. What color did you paint the dash to match the original color and where did you get it? Is this hard, would you reccomend someone with no clue what he is doing do this??

I painted the dash a bit darker than stock. It's Tamiya hobby spray paint called Light gunmetal. It's much better than the stock silver.

As for the bondo work. It wasn't too hard. Just very very time consuming. If you consider yourself a patient person, it wouldn't be hard at all. If you're the type that likes to see results fast, then this might not be for you.

yes, u can purchase almost any part for your ep! call your local honda parts dealer :D

I used hot glue but i think contact cement would be easier to work with
