OSRAM HID installation in my EP ***not working!!!***

I posted this in the Local Chapters/Texas forum but didnt realize there was a dedicated lighting forum.

Im trying to get my HID's installed in my 03 EP. The kit is just about brand new but I did buy it second hand. I know the prior condition so I would highly doubt they are damaged.

My friend had installed HID's into his 2002 Civic Coupe and said that Jotech somehow rewired the relay of some sort to make it happen? I tried to install the black switch BOTH ways but it can really only install one way. This is due to our dual bulb functionality, high and low beam.

I keep on turning my switch and no results, I do not even hear the ballast trying to ignite. Have any of you locals tried to install an HID kit yet? If so, please loan some advice.

on the black piece.......you see the two "prongs".......well switch the prong on the left by pulling it out and putting it in the right side.......try that............if you havent already. I dont know how my friend wired mine up.

Thanks for your help. I just finished putting my front bumper back on. I tucked the ballast away so you cant see it. Its definitely sleeper.

The blue switch was plugged in backwards. Some vehicles require that you flip it around, for the appropriate polarity. It work nows thanks for the help (again).
