    I don't have it, but here's what I've gathered.

With a 75+ shot, you could run high 13s. One guy ran a 13.8 or
so with a 75 shot, I think. There's also someone on here who has
    run a 100 shot.
Any nitrous (a reasonable amount, anyway) kit should do no 'real'
harm to the engine, as long as it's tuned/setup properly and you
don't plan to do it 1000 a month.

There's a guy on honda-tech selling a used NX kit for 750 and it
includes a bottle opener, purge kit, gauges and then the kit itself.
Pretty good deal - about 600-800 bucks and your car is nearly a
second and a half faster (in a straight line, of course).

A step or two colder plugs and 92 octane or better with a WET kit running 35-50 should be great. If you have to have a 75 or 100 shot I'd run at least two steps colder plugs 100 octane and Direct port.

    Pros:
Fairly cheap way to make good hp and improve times significantly
    Fun!
Fairly simple to install (not as involved as say a turbo)
Stealth-like (hide the bottle, not showey like a BOV)

    Cons:
Only useable in a straight line (unless you're insane)
Doesn't affect day-to-day driving (i.e. not like a turbo, where you
get the gain all the time)
Can reduce engine life (or destroy it, if improperly tuned)
    Has to be refilled
Considered a "cheap" way out by some

I dunno, those would be my major points. The things that intrigue me
about nitrous are that I've never really played with it before and
that it's fairly cheap, but also resellable - i.e. if you didn't like
it after 2 or 3 trips to the drag strip, you could just sell the kit.
You could do the same with a turbo/supercharger, but it's more involved.

As for the gains, I think the 13.8 run on a 75 shot was mostly stock,
but I'm not positive. A good thing to do would be to head over to
clubrsx.com, they have a fairly active nitrous forum and you could
probably see some sample results/good and bad experiences from
people that have had it. This probably goes for honda-tech.com, too.

You can run up to a 75 shot with the stock set up no problem. Going higher than that requires plugs and possibly internals, fuel system etc. I'm running a Zex kit right now at 55 shot and it pulls real nice. IMO better than turbo because you have the power when you really want it and not cause wear on the motor everyday.

Yeah I got it for that price with no tax or shipping. The install is easy except for the fuel line tap. The hose has plastic in the middle and it is impossible to tee off. I had to buy new fuel line and clamp it to the plastic. It works so far with no problems.
