    Just post up if you hit any snags.
    It's pretty self-explanatory, but there are some spots that can be a little confusing, especially if you're swapping out the shift box itself.

    The only problem I had doing this was taking out the bottom right rubber bushing. But I got it out, eventually, and putting the new bushings in was so easy!

    corsport, be careful not to drop any bushing, theyre aluminum and you cant get them with a magnet

    I think if you look at the Buddy Club Short Shifter install thread that has pics, it should have enough info for you do this part. It's very easy - I did the bushings when I did my BCSS install a couple of months ago. I can summarize it in one sentence - screw off your knob, pull out the lower dash, unscrew gold bolts, remove rubber bushings, put back shifter, slide in bushings one bolt at a time (concave sides facing each other), tighten all bolts, push lower dash back on, screw knob back on. What are you having problems with? LMK.
