Can a front tie bar be used with Neuspeed X-Brace?

I haven't checked yet, but wondering if someone may already have. Aren't 2 of the bolts used for a front tie bar occupied by 2 the Neupseed X-brace uses? Thanks in advance.

i thought the x-brace was the front lower tiebar and more?? I dont think neuspeed makes a lower front tiebar for the EP. I know they make it for other models.
