Install can potentially be a pain, but if you're careful not to drop anything it should go fairly quickly. I personally like them a lot and think they're well worth the price+time.

Im going against the grain here but, I feel they were worth it all.

I had absolutly no problems installing. Took me literally 25 minutes to complete. Solid shifts = GOOD. DO IT!

I just installed mine this weekend, and I had a tough time with them. I guess I was kind of in a hurry, but I dropped SIX of those damn things trying to get the upper right one installed. The other three went in with no problems at all, but it was very hard to hold the bottom bushing in place while trying to get the bolt and upper bushing in as well. It's a very tight space.

To top it off, since I was in a hurry, I tried just removing the clip and screw from the counsol and pulling it back to retrieve the bushings, and ended up actually ripping the counsol. Now I'm off to my local Honda shop to price a new one. Does anyone happen to have one they want to get rid of???

Finally, although I do notice a very, very slight increase in stiffness (rigidity???), I don't feel it's worth it. The rubber bushings were probably put there by Honda to dampen vibration, and the aluminum ones will certainly pass some of that vibration through to the shifter (although I haven't felt any).

It's a very inexpensive mod (unless you rip your counsol!), but I'm not sure theres much of an advantage.

Great mod, alittle trouble with installing. Got through it though thanks to Scott (YssSI).
